1. The service and its scope
PPWR Link is an online platform for packaging information. It supports records, document collection, assessments, tasks, reports, passport sharing and API integrations. Access depends on the user’s permissions and the arrangements with the organisation using the platform.
Public pages describe the product. The contact form is used for questions and demonstration requests. Sending an enquiry does not start a paid subscription.
2. Accounts and organisation access
Registration requires a name, email address and password. The email address is the sign-in identifier. Organisation features require membership and appropriate permissions. One account can belong to several organisations.
Users must provide accurate information, protect their passwords and not share accounts. Anyone acting for an organisation should be authorised to use its information. The owner or an authorised administrator manages membership. Removing a membership does not delete all organisation records.
3. Technical requirements and security
Using the service requires an internet connection, a current browser supporting HTTPS and access to an email inbox. Interactive workspace features require JavaScript and essential cookies.
Uploads are subject to the file types and size limits shown in the form and security checks. Uploading a file does not approve its contents.
- Use a separate, strong password and the available two-factor authentication.
- Protect API keys, supplier links and publication permissions.
- Report suspected unauthorised access using the contact details on this page.
4. User information and documents
The organisation is responsible for its authority to upload and share information, documents, test results and third-party contact details. Only information needed for the relevant workflow should be provided.
Unlawful content, infringement of third-party rights, malicious software, attempts to access other organisations, bypassing safeguards and disruption of the service are prohibited.
Publishing a passport through a public link allows people who know the address to read its published information. Check the contents, permission to disclose and personal data before publication. Organisation documents do not become public merely because they are uploaded.
5. Assessments, AI and reports
Results depend on supplied information, documents, assessment scope and the version of the rules applied. Users review inputs before relying on them for business decisions, declarations or reporting. The platform does not replace individual legal assessment or the work of competent authorities.
AI analysis runs on request. Suggestions may need correction; users check them against sources and decide whether to approve them. The privacy policy explains the transfer of content to the analysis provider.
Generating a BDO summary does not constitute official submission of a report. Emission calculations cover the scope and sources identified in the result. A packaging passport presents the information selected for sharing.
6. API and external services
Integrations use the permissions granted by the organisation. The person setting up a connection chooses the key scope, access restrictions and information sent to external systems. API changes follow the platform’s access rules.
External connections may require a separate agreement, credentials or compliance with the external operator’s requirements. Access to PPWR Link alone does not guarantee external availability or official acceptance of submitted information.
7. Access and commercial arrangements
Paid service scope, price, billing period and subscription termination terms require a separate agreement with the organisation. Browsing the website or sending a contact form does not place an order for a paid service.
Users can stop browsing the public pages at any time. Requests to close an account, end organisation access or export data should use the contact details below. Before ending the relationship, arrangements must address organisation documents and information that must be retained to meet legal obligations.
8. Contact and reporting issues
Technical issues and complaints can be sent to the contact email on this page. Include your account email, organisation name, a description of the issue and the requested resolution. Do not send passwords or API keys.
Additional information may be needed to reproduce an issue. A response is sent to the address supplied in the request, within the time limits required by applicable law.
9. Platform rights and privacy
Using PPWR Link does not transfer rights to its software, brand or website content. Organisations retain their rights to their own materials and make them available as needed to perform the platform functions they select.
The privacy policy describes personal data handling and cookies. Where the operator processes third-party personal data on an organisation’s behalf, data processing arrangements must be established separately.
10. Document version and changes
The version and update date appear above this document. You can print it or save it as a PDF using your browser. Changing website text alone does not replace the agreements or notices required under an existing contract.
These provisions do not exclude rights that cannot be restricted under applicable law, including protection afforded to consumers and other persons entitled to it by law.
