Is the manufacturer record different from the buyer record?
Yes. The sourcing mode organises the workflow: manufacturers work on specifications and evidence for their packaging; buyers manage received documents and subsequent usage.
Does grade A alone prove full compliance?
No. Recyclability is one area. The meaning of a result depends on the method, evidence and applicable rules; other requirements are assessed separately.
