Prepare the inputs before closing the period

Quantities without units and mass without a source make reporting difficult. Record unit mass, the inventory unit and the event direction. Link a supplier or recipient, date and market. Annual summaries can then be traced back to underlying entries.

Summaries use recorded events and packaging information. Review the underlying entries and their classification.
